Dunboyne AC updates

International Junior Gala, Mannheim, Germany
James McCabe threw 58.01 in the hammer, representing Ireland. He qualified to compete in this event again next year. We wish him the best of luck in next weeks U19 Nationals!

28th June - Irish Prison Services Trail Race 5K - Phoenix Park
Michael Cornyn continued his impressive form and was our first runner home. Aidan Keegan was not too far behind, followed by Tom Fallon, Paul Gorey and Ray Mitchell.

3rd July Clontarf Half Marathon
There were four Dunboyne AC runners using this race as preparation for the Dublin City Marathon. Alan McKernan and Mick Foy ran a very strong race in hot conditions to take a huge amount off last years time. Both came home in sub 1.35. This was a new PB for Alan, well done! Scott also had a strong run and ran sub 1.45. Michael ran a sub 2 hour race clocking a 1.57 . Well done guys, these are good times for a hot July day, keep up the good work.
