Patrick Bell 5k Bohermeen 11th June
Dunboyne AC had a very successful evening at the Patrick Bell 5k in Bohermeen with well over 20 members taking part. Rory McDonnell won the Patrick Bell Memorial Trophy for the fourth time in five years. Luke Forde was in third place, Neville Reilly in fourth and Phelim Glynn in 10th position, and 2nd in the over 45 category. This quartet were clear winners of the four man team event. With Sean Keany placed 3rd Junior and Morgan McDonagh finishing just outside the top 10, the Dunboyne team claimed the Paddy Murtagh Perpetual Cup.
Emilia Dan ran a strong race and was placed fourth in the women’s race. The Dunboyne women's team was placed 4th overall.
