Rosemary Daniel,N Fianna jumped 1.70m to finish third in the AAI t & f chips at the weekend. In the mens javelin Rory Gunning, Fr Murphy AC took the bronze with a 55.99 throw. Trim teenager Shane Aston threw a new pb to finish 9th in his first appearance at the national seniors. Padraig White from Dunboyne threw 61m73 for a silver in the hammer.Sara Treacy, Moynalvey Kilcloon AC ran 4m23 to finish fifth in the 1500m which was courageously won by Ciara Magean.
