County convention

To All County Officers/Post Holders, In accordance with the motion passed at our Convention in February 2012 the next Convention will be held in December 2012 (and annually in December from now on). I would ask that any Officers/Post Holders that do not wish to go forward for this Convention to please inform me ASAP so that this may be conveyed to clubs when they are considering nominations.
