St Brigids AC 5km RESULTS

St Brigids AC hosted their 5km around Oldcastle on Wednesday 17 July. Weather conditions were ideal for the race which attracted runners from throughout the midlands and north east. Development Coaching

Come along to this development session: Meath Athletics are promoting an Athletics Development Evening in Claremont Stadium, Navan, on Tuesday 23rd July, from 6.30pm to 9.00pm.
The events being covered are Hurdles, Starting Technique using Blocks and Javelin.
Brian Corcoran, Tom Clinton and Philip Cogavin will be the lead coaches on the night.
Participants in the Javelin should bring their own throwing implements, if available.
A Javelin Beginners session will be from 6.30 to 7.30pm, with a Javelin Improvers session from 7.30pm.
All are welcome, athletes and coaches.
